I agree, Brad. This seems like something that should have been included in the DSi to begin with. But I imagine they're doing this because they think people will buy it, no matter how pointless these aplications are (well, the ones that are out currently anyway. Can't say about future aplications).

Hopefully they'll release some more games for DSiWare soon, as the service is really lacking in that department.

Yes, you are correct they have been releasing some content and the lack of 3rd party apps is a problem, but i'll will say one thing about the Nintendo content, are those really the kind of 1st party games people want to see on DSiWare?

I had thought it was common knowledge that there's nearly always a lull in releases prior to E3, Given that, why complain about there being no games, especially when it's clear many games have naturally been held back for promotion at E3? Considering E3 is next week, and when we are only a month down the line, it's to be expected that drips and drabs will be released.

One game was in fact released, yet not mentioned in the OP, seemingly so to solidify the opinion that Nintendo are releasing no games : /. A game was released, be it good or bad, it did get 8/10 on one gaming site.

As far as the clock is concerned, yes it is functionality that could so easily be included on firmware, and there is no justification for it, but then like any other app, it's entirely up to the audience whether they choose to buy it or not, nobody is being forced to buy it. It's release also has no bearing what so ever on game releases.

Great apps and great games are coming, you will see those games at E3. Be patient.

haha....i can imagine nintendo e3 press conference....'We have some very exciting additions for DSi Ware...now, including our standard black clock, you can get new cool pink, yellow and red clocks and all for free. It's just amazing! And if the technology allows us, we might actually let you download some real games, but for now, the technology is simply not available. We are already looking forward to e3 2020 !'   haha..just kidding...im glad that nintendo finally discovered internet, but they need to have some apps available to download to dsi, something like google maps....well, if not soon, there's always e3 2020 to look forward to, wich will by the way be held on the moon!
