Given what other accessories for the Switch cost I wouldn’t have expected anything less. Although since you have to pay them for the pleasure of having the opportunity to buy them maybe they could have offered a better price.

Most expensive console is a bit of a stretch. Yeah, I wish they were cheaper than $60, but they'll sell regardless. That's kinda the point with business- to find the highest price consumers will pay for any given product and charge that. I'm more upset they didn't include these wireless NES pads in the NES Classic, instead of the short wired ones they did, tbh.

The 8Bitdo NES and SNES controllers not only are better but cheaper, have proper Dpads and can be used on just about anything including Windows/Mac/Linux /Android/ Raspberry Pi/Switch and probably other platforms I'm not thinking of.

The snes one is pretty good but I will say that the NES one not only has too many buttons but the dpad is a bit iffy when it comes to holding down. You wont see it in most things but stuff like contra when ducking i've died a few times due to its accuracy . I think even @vinny mentions it on this is the run for it which made me feel a lot better as I noticed the same thing.

They do have dui kits now though that seem pretty good.

I will say considering those work for other games I dont know why they couldn't have it do the same. Though then again what other games will you use a two button controller for.

@stinger061: That is possibly my only gripe aside from paying for online that I have with the Switch. I don't want to open up a loan to buy a Pro Controller.
