Hey everyone bumping this thread because I'm having the same issues described here, html5 not working and proggresive only works in high quality since HD has serious audio/video desync. It was working fine just a week ago .
I'm in a wireless connection with the Ps4 in case that's useful
... Or the game's about to get much better and I don't know it yet.
Pretty much this, if you're waiting for open areas and more cerebral combat you'll be getting it eventually, also you only have picked up the shotgun, you have a lot of game remaining, if you were a fan of the original games you'll find a lot of details in the game design (enemy design/level design/encounter design, etc) that will make you remember those old fuzzy feelings you had when you played the original DOOM and DOOM II.
Personally I loved DOOM for the respect it showed for the original formula and aesthetics and bringing them to 2016 in a manner I never thought possible, it also feels oddly new when comparing it to your average AAA FPS of the last couple of years.
For me it has to be The Witness, I always liked the sense of wonder I used to get when playing games as a kid, and with The Witness I felt like a kid again, discovering every mechanic of the different puzzles and their solutions. I've always loved me my puzzle games.
One thing I'll say: 2016 has been a damn fine year for videogames
@jdh5153: I can't tell if you're trolling or not...
So because more people play games on iPhones, it proves that the iOS library is better than the 3DS one? That's some screwed up thinking right there.
How about you take into consideration the amount the game is sold for or the ratio of iPhones compared to 3DS' that've been sold.
The reason that more people "game" on iOS is because it's cheaper and on a device that people have for other reasons besides games not because it's better than the 3DS.
The scary part is that all his comments are in the same line, so he's like the best thought out troll ever or something else I don't even want to think about...
Wow, I really liked your write up, you are spot on with the sentiment of loosing a close friend, it's something hard to explain but I couldn't have said it better, I still haven't gathered the courage to listen to the recent bombcast but I will eventually, I've cried a lot but we must be strong enough to stop grieving his death and start celebrating his life, it'll be hard since we've missed a loved one and that process is always painful but reading the way he and the bombcrew have been an inspiration to the community truly helps.
