30FPS doesn't bother me when its smooth and stable without any frame pacing issues. The Resident Evil 4 Remake is a perfect example of a game that has a great 4K 30FPS mode that runs so smoothly its almost hard to tell the difference between it and 60FPS performance mode even though I still can. Sadly, a lot of games that have a "quality" 30fps mode doesn't run that smoothly. Jedi Survivor's 30fps mode was also surprisingly good, but I played it on a PS5, not the PC where most of the problems seem to be. And I find people who claim they can't tell the difference are this way because they're so used to playing console games which most are locked at 30FPS. Whereas people like myself and others who experience both PC and consoles see the difference a mile away.
