@butano: Car lanes are an interesting subject. While it can vary from place to place the "fast lane" is generally reserved for overtaking only and not for your convenience of breaking the speed limit. It is also often illegal not to yield the right of way for someone who wishes to overtake in the passing lane. Seems to me both of the people in your scenario are at fault for being inconsiderate to the rules of road, though again this can depend on where you are geographically.
I haven't been paying too much attention to Skull Girls so to me this is good news they've got enough support to add to their game. And with a recent publisher agreement for a PC release SG is on the up and up. I wish them much success.
@deathmuppet: I've got a workaround for this. Longpress the download button and Save link to download the .htm file. Open that up and you'll get a very basic view of just links. Scroll down until you see Download where it will list Mobile, Low, Med, High. Click mobile and you'll be given the choice of download or execute. It's an annoying workaround but it works just fine.
Chrome isn't available for all devices. I think it might require Ice Cream Sandwich and up. With the Android platform leaving users at the mercy of manufacturers for OS updates lest they do some risky business, Chrome just isn't an option.
I also realized my complaints about the forum formatting and alignments were something Alexis mentioned he broke. So I take that back.
I can't watch any videos on my mobile. I can't see what I'm typing when holding my phone sideways. forum threads/posts are left justified for me, leaving 75% of the screen blank and posts that are one word each line. No good for me. I am on Android not iPhone however. Just a main mobile site gripe in general. I had to come to a PC to edit this because I couldn't quite see what I was typing.
I really like the new design. I have one major issue being that my phone doesn't seem to like the new player. So mobile site is now useless for me and I use it every night so that's pretty disappointing. Probably have to drop some cash on a new phone or maybe this is an excuse for a tablet.
If I'm remembering correctly this is exactly what Microsoft wanted the 360 to be from day one. The one stop shop for living room entertainment. Getting upset over them not focusing entirely on games seems silly if their goal was multimedia. I can see the argument of having ads on an internet service you pay for is greasy but not for having a late advertisement for content that will always be there a week later. Just because the ad wasn't put up on the same day as release doesn't mean it won't entice the same people it would have on that launch day.
