Korne: Best of 2010

List items

  • I had not played a Civ game since Alpha Centari, and holly crap! This game is so awesome, so addicting, so deep that, and yet so accessibly that anyone can easily pick it up and rule the world... this is a one of a kind game

  • I have been playing this game for over a year now, and am still having more fun every day. The community has become a bit more mean, but the deep gameplay still allows for my favorite multiplayer game EVAR!

  • More of the second game, which I was fairly disappointed to see. However, the assassins guild is a lot of fun, and the story is still very intriguing.

  • Fantastic platformer and best downloadable game of the year

  • Wow... the best sandbox game since GTA3, you can do so much rediculous shit!

  • So Alan is writing about himself who is writing about this other guy who is writing about another Alan? Wait....WHAT!?!

  • It is terrible what they did to Samus's character, and much of the story is throw away, and the gameplay is repetative and oversimplified... but I still loved it. The final 15 minutes (after the credits) really did a lot to turn the game around.

  • Its no Uncharted, but it hits enough of the sweet spots to make this list.

  • Great Level design, but some of the cheapest replay value.

  • I needed a racing game really badly, and Hot Pursuit beat GT5 out of the gate. Criterion has made another incredibly addicting multiplayer game.

  • Awesome story, intersting gameplay (ala Indigo Prophecy), but for the love of god, can we get some american voice actors for a game set in america. JASON!

Games I didn't get around to playing... Vanquish, Bayonetta, ME2, COD:BO (I played for about an hour), GOW3, GT5, RDR, and probably a few more that I can't think of.
