My only real complaint with the game was the outside of suit stuff. I enjoy the story elements of those sections but I just didn’t enjoy actually playing them.
I absolutely love the game overall and was really shocked how much I loved the story and especially the ending. It’s been a while since I played a game that stuck the landing on the ending so well.
I completely understand people’s complaints with the game and they’re fair but I really love the game so far.
I don’t mind the collect-athon side stuff because swinging around the city feels so good. I do really like the actual side missions, I just wish there was more of them.
I’m really enjoying the story missions so far too.
@tradee9691: Same here buddy, my Pro sounds like it’s going to explode at times playing this. I’m not worried though as my Pro from day one has always been loud.
What’s especially odd about Spider-Man though, is that the fans will sometimes kick into full gear out of nowhere for a while and then stay quiet for ages.
It never really used to bother me but I’ve spent so much more money on digital games this time around that it would bother me a lot.
I would still buy another console that wasn’t backwards compatible (though I don’t see that happening with the next Xbox) I would actually keep my old consoles this time, instead of trading them towards the new console like I used to do.
I’ll take more Onimusha however I can get it. I am a huge fan of the series and I honestly believed that Capcom would never touch the series ever again, so I’m thrilled.
It commits to its gimmick of seeing the whole movie through a computer and it’s the best execution of it I’ve seen yet. It’s an entertaining mystery with a decent payoff and a good performance from John Cho.
It’ll be interesting to see how films that use social media and current technology will age.
@ryuku_ryosake: I have beaten every Devil May Cry game numerous times except 2, which I’ve only beaten once. I tried to play it again when the HD collection came to current consoles but only made it half way through.
It might be one of the most boring games I have ever played, which is the last thing you would expect a Devil May Cry game to be.
