Giantbomb is incredible. I have been a regular user on the site now for about 9 years and I honestly can’t imagine it not being a part of my life.
I know that I don’t actually but it really feels like I know the staff and genuinely care about them, and actually see them as people and not just entertainment. That might sound weird but I always figured that’s what they’re going for.
Ryan screaming when the car shot in the air in a Sleeping dogs video is definitely a highlight for me.
I had a vasectomy a few days ago and GB videos are doing a great job of taking my mind off the pain.
@bladeofcreation: I don’t have any videogame tattoos (I have a lot of tattoos) but I couldn’t agree more with what you said. All tattoos are dumb to someone and if anyone thinks it’s dumb to get a video game tattoo but doesn’t realise that it’s just as dumb to get literally anything else then that’s stupid.
I have met many people who sneer at videogame tattoos but are fine with tattoos in general, which makes no sense to me.
I think the game is absolutely impeccable from a visual standpoint and you can tell that hundreds of incredibly talented people worked very hard on this for years. That being said, I think it’s one of the worst games I have ever played.
Story-wise, I think it fails at absolutely everything it tries to do. If the game had focused in on one character (preferably Connor) then I think it could have been far better.
I think it’s such a shame that the game looks as incredible as it does but is a complete failure at everything else. Definitely one of the most disappointing games I’ve played in a long time.
@frostyryan: I can’t think of a scene in a movie that has affected me that much in a long time. It made me feel unbelievably uncomfortable and the absolute worst part was how long it lingered on Peters reaction.
It’s a movie that I like more and more, the more I think about it and I’ll definitely be seeing it in the cinema again.
