I actually enjoy the P4 anime quite a lot, not the Golden version tho, but that could be because I never played Golden. Although it is definitely something that you can only get into if you have played the game. A lot of the jokes and gags are only clear if you have played the game. There are parts that they cut, emphasis, or took some creative liberty with that blend very well with existing knowledge of the game especially the part where they took liberty with giving Charlie his own challenge.
Certainly carries the Persona style. Perhaps a bit overloaded in some parts, effects like the fisheye, the pop up text and button prompts looks a bit too large.
How far does the flash back sequence last I wonder, the cast seems to be in place by that point and getting sold out seems to be a pretty big plot point to just get reveal like this.
The angst against corrupted system is in full swing here, which I can get behind...I wonder if it will go all out with crushing everyone who have wronged you with supernatural powers.
When and where was this? I remember Nier only getting a fairly mediocre reception QL. I really want to hear GB's take on some of the crazy things that happen in the game, but I don't think I have ever encounter any.
The intro of the game sounds like a Silent Hill game? How science vs super natural is this?
I have always find RE to be "science-y" no matter how absurd it is. Ultimately problems can be solve with "science based methods" like...lots of bullets.
