Outside of special move spam, I'm just having trouble getting through her normals. Can't dash in cause I get poked to death. Can't jump in cause I get thrown. I guess I need to just hang back and be patient, but she seems to win every footsie trade no matter what.

@geraltitude: I can't imagine why it wouldn't, you can play FFVII with the classic PSX digital-only pad, and that's all a fightstick really is when you think about it.

@liquiddragon: In the interest of total disclosure, Nintendo made a Breakout clone for the Game Boy launch called Alleyway. It's only tangentially related to Mario in that some of the SMB1 sprites have been remade as stages.

Also, any love for the old-school Namco Museum games? The newer ones are just bare-bones ROMs on a disc, but the PSX games were honest-to-goodness virtual museums, with a bunch of really cool stuff for people curious about old videogames.

Indeed. I'm gonna have to put in some work to get more than a pity game off him anytime soon. Speaking of which, I'd love to be able to talk to you guys while playing, but in-game voice chat doesn't exist. Perhaps we could use a TeamSpeak or Curse Voice to make things a bit more friendly?

I made Super Bronze, and ever since, I'm just getting beaten over and over. I can't punish anything, I get thrown all the time, I can never seem to throw anyone, all my moves get punished even when I thought they were safe, I have really weird execution issues where I accidentally super when I wanted to DP, I'm not learning anything, and I'm just getting angry and pissy and whiny about it. I need help, bad.

FID is JackRyanForPope, hit me up if you think you can beat some sense into me. Any advice at all would be helpful as well.

Also, as an owner and user of an FC4, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Great for everything, even non-fighters that don't require analog control! My PSN Classics all play fantastically!

Put me on the "please tell me how to beat Mika as Ryu oh please god" list. I even managed to jab out of a command throw only to be immediately hit with another command throw. I wanted to punch myself in the face until I blacked out. Actually, since it just happened 10 minutes ago, I still do!

I'd like to at least have a list of stuff that people have found. I'm sick of scanning through tons of youtube videos to find what I want. Is it too much to ask for a simple list of stuff like Ryu's MP, MP, HP, HK, V-Trigger, DP? There's nothing online, just a bunch of clickbaiting jerks.
