Split or Steal seems like something special.

Before I say this, let me preface this by also saying I totally get why people like the Business Dave Top 10 and Dave himself (seems like a super chill dude regardless) and enjoy seeing his segment on UPF. I however personally can't stand those segments (for the most part) for a variety of reasons of which I won't get into here. Needless to say, again, I get why you and others like the segment and miss it when it's not on during a UPF. I just don't think that segment is for me sadly.

Also did you know the Kansas City Chiefs were based out of Kansas?!? (btw they aren't)

@lordloc: As amusing as the mix up was, being from St. Louis originally and growing up as a huge Rams fan, the Chiefs may as well have been from Kansas for many of us, honestly. Same thing with the Royals.

@lordloc: That’s a valid viewpoint. I personally have not been able to make it through a UPF for what seems like 2 years unless Rorie is on or most recently there is a Business Dave segment I fast forward to. Different strokes I guess!

Indeed The Genius has the best kind of mind trickery, ever seen on TV.

TG is not just the best game show, it's probably the best show ever. The twists, the music and incredibly smart and classy contestants.

Gran blue seems like a good secondary fighting game. Not too complicated where u have to dedicate ur life to it but still has the ingredients for a great fighting game.

Regarding GBVS, and Jeff's wondering "why can't I make the fireball come", if you do a special with the heavy button, it functions as your EX version (meter is only for supers), and will put that special on a longer cooldown regardless of whether you used the actual input command or the shortcut button. If you do light or medium fireballs with the quarter-circle command, the cooldown might as well not exist.

Just throwing this out there but I don't think there could be a more perfect follow-up to God Hand and Asura's Wrath for @benpack and Jason then Wonderful 101 series. Just a random thought I had during the Patapon segment because I guess I was bored...

Same here. With a few exceptions, UPFs have become mostly the same all the time. In every episode there's at least one or two of these: a fighting game, a brawler, an indie platformer, 8-bit/16-bit games.

I miss the days when they played more random weird games (either from Steam or old PC games) or when they went back to games from old consoles (like PS1, PS2, og Xbox) and talked about those old times.

My biggest problem is with the fighting games though. I never found them interesting to watch and it often seems to be the genre that shows up more and the type of games they spend more time with.

edit: Split or Steal was good though.

I argue that Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution is not horny. I actually got it for my first year of university because all fighting games embarrassed me.

I accepted long ago that UPF is something to put up on a 2nd screen while grinding through a game or the like. More to hear the chatter among the crew and the occasional look to see what is being played.

There was a US game show called Friend or Foe hosted by Kennedy that seems kinda like Split or Steal.

I will say, the opening night of PSO2's CBT was a mess. But they got it fixed up later that night, and I've been playing since this morning at 10am est, with little issue.

The music theme of the store for Split and Steal sounds super familiar. I know I've heard it somewhere before. It's gotta be from some royalty-free asset pack or something right? I distinctly remember it from the home screen or "win" screen from some mobile game.
