In US American society maybe, but in many European countries, violence is a much bigger deal than a couple of nipples.

In that context, it's extremely weird to get "parental warnings" and censor bars for boobs, but MK11 fatalities are somehow totally fine and don't warrant warnings or NSFW tags.
