Are "the suits" going to go back and censor the episodes where they revel in sexual violence? If not, then this is a weird place to take a stand on the matter.

Something like the nudity in Bloodstained, GTA or Red Dead is different than a photo of a naked lady. It's just how people are. I don't care either way, they can do what they want. I showed my wife the game and she thought it was funny and wasn't offended but some people might be. American's are insecure about the human form generally. So it goes.

For those saying they censored it because something something CBS family friendly suits clamping down: Not sure if you guys ever watched the Tender Loving Care video but that video is still uploaded uncensored with nudity so its existence contradicts your theory

For those saying something something there's tons of site for people to see boobs: You guys are missing the point. GB has already set a precedent of playing games with nudity (Tender Loving Care) and did not censor it. It's the fact that it's now being censored that's actually drawing attention. Even the comments from that TLC video hardly drew attention to the nudity and it was more about the content of the video.

My theory is that Jan made an executive decision to censor it as he uploaded the vid and also wrote the deck. Or Jason either asked Jan to edit it or edited it himself as he felt embarrassed about missing the nudity tag and got teased about it all video about it. Either way, I don't think Jeff really cares or is worried about some suits descending upon him.

The star on that house is probably a French Acadian symbol. You see those house stars a lot in the Canadian Maritimes and a bit in the New England states.

It is not of any importance or significance whatsoever to anyone at all that Giant Bomb pixelated some of the nudity in the footage of this trashy game.

If there's anything to be upset about here, it's that Valve censored the nudity tag when Jason was looking at the store page. Possibly in collusion with Rorie.

When I was in school you had two choices of milk, chocolate milk and white milk. We grew up saying "white milk" around here to distinguish from "chocolate milk." Censoring this was really unnecessary. May as well go back and censor all the Mount Your Friends videos while you're at it.

@fattony12000: I believe he may have something more difficult to fix than a simple updated glasses prescription. Also keep in mind this is the US and it’s possible he can’t afford the surgery (in case ur not from the US).

Much like everything on this site since the redesign it is broken in some way.

I played through the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight games a couple years ago and thought it got worse with each entry. Jedi Outcast II is especially bad. The shooting feels off and the level design is a huge step down after JK 1 which was one of the most innovative games of the '90s (people forget because Half-Life took over soon after but JK did things other games simply didn't up to that point). JK1 is hard to get running but it still plays really well. The outdoor levels suck though as they are so huge and empty.

I think JK2 suffers from Raven having too many projects at the time. SoF 2 was also disappointing. I think if they worked on one it would have been great but felt like a TellTale situation where they hurt the studio by attempting too much at once.

I don't know what's so surprising about this release. Why not put out a Star Wars game before the attention fades away after the new trilogy is over? This seems like the time to do it.

EDIT: That Bad Ass Babes segment made me deeply uncomfortable. Nothing against porn and wacking it but that felt skeezy in a weird way. Gave me the same vibes of those disturbing "Spiderman does dental surgey on Elsa" YouTube Kids videos.

The Bad Ass Babes gameplay was obviously a planned bit and super funny. Not surprising it had to be censored after-the-fact given the company that owns GB, what was surprising was that it was Jason's bit and this wasn't an anime game.

Geoguessr seems great. They're really shooting themselves in the foot with the 1 play/day model on the free version. I don't want to subscribe to yet another service so I'll probably never play it again.

I think this is my least favorite UPF. Jason's game was horrible, and the google maps thing is extremely boring if you don't live in the US and can't play along.

@lonelyspacepanda: For me, both JK2 and SoF2 are almost purely multiplayer games. I went back and played some Deathmatch in SoF2 not long ago and it's still super fun and feels good. And the online in JK2 did some cool stuff with the duels and whatnot. But I agree that the single-player in both games is lackluster, especially SoF2. God that campaign was boring.

I feel uncomfortable about Jason now... but I appreciate the apology

People getting upset because they chose to censor the show just seems silly though. Like, why do you care? It was their call. They exercised their free speech with that decision. Do you get 20 edgy internet points for telling everyone that you're upset you didn't get to see some boobs?
