I love taking dark showers about once a week. I get in, feels like I'm sleeping with warm water going over me and it's just pretty awesome.

When one of the emails asked "Have you played the Witness drunk?" and Drew answered "Not Drunk..."

Sounds like he's not played it drunk but has played it while in a different state of mind and I am now curious.

Rorie's the best, glad he could come on. If he's ever not working himself to death they should bring him on more often. Dan was great near the end there too. Fun show!

Man I feel like I'm in some episode of the Twilight Zone. Almost anytime Rorie is in some content people typically get upset. I'm an irrational Rorie fanboy, and I love his awkward charm. Great to see him get some love!

Dark showers are fucking awesome. Most of the time you don't need to see anything anyway.
Rorie isn't my favorite, but sometimes he seems like the most relatable of the bunch.
Taking 3 showers per day is pretty messed up though, how do you even have the time?

You guys should really try playing Xcom without save scumming, having troops die is just a part of the game. I've put 40+ hours into Xcom 2 already and have yet to restart a mission or reload a save once. If you are just reloading every time a mission goes badly you might as well just be playing on easy, plus you never get to experience the terror and dread of a total party kill.

Was I the only one that thought Jeff was going to call in when Brad said its time for some correspondence? Alas, it was just bad emails.

Also, massage therapists hate being called massueses. It's like calling a sex therapist a hooker.

As someone who judges all games based on the quality of the fishing in it I feel qualified in saying that I believe Wii Fishing Resort is by far the BEST fishing game. But also breaks my heart by having a strict time limit on how long you can fish.

When Rorie is on fire, it's amazing.

That sounds scary. I can't imagine losing a party of my best guys (I play on normal, and about 2/3 of the way through I stopped having to save scum, but early on i did). Do you pepper in rookies or something?

@north6: Yep, what I have noticed from a lot of other reviews/streamers/players is that they try and have a squad of guys they use consistently, and then when they lose a couple of soldiers they either have to save scum, or they get screwed over in the next mission when they are running an all rookie team.

Once you have made it past the early stages of the game and have a couple of decent soldiers, I always throw in at least 1-2 rookies to start levelling them up on less dangerous missions. This way I always have a couple of spare soldiers to replace ones that die or get injured.

More than a few times things have gone badly on a important mission and I either lost the majority or all of my squad. What I love about the game is you can just continue on from that point and start training the new squad. Yeah it sucks when a character you spent a long time customizing dies, but that's why I just save them to the character pool so I can see them again later down the line.

I didn't play The Witness drunk, but I played probably 85% of it while high and I've done everything but "the challenge," so far (so close!). Played Braid and Talos Principle the same way. That guy should've smoked instead, lol.
