It's definitely more Punch-Out, and that's okay, but I feel like they could've done a lot more. A remake of the original Punch-Out is fine with me, but to make a more memorable experience, they could've added a few more modes and features.
I can totally appreciate it for what it is, though.

It looks pretty cool, it's just a shame they dont have that many opponents to face in career mode. Ive heard they may be released in DLC, but then again Ive heard more character for SSBB would be released via DLC.

Edit: I spoke too soon, that's only the minor circuit, there's still a bunch of characters to go.

Man, I'd love to the a marathon or something of this. I never played the original punch-out, so, this is some interesting stuff.

No Mario as ref is a real odd change? why couldn't they use him? and i was not impressed with the little picture intros of the fighters doing stupid stuff before you fought them, (like getting hit by little kids) they were not funny at all... But Ill get it when its $30 or less.

Really looking forward to firing up my Wii again.

I believe you have to get three stars and then unleash your uber punch to get the casual racism thing to fall out of people.

Also, anyone else feel that the cut scenes freezing and then loading into the action with the screen being punched/an animated logo spinning has a No More Heroes type of feel?

Pre-ordered this game for $40. Looks great and plays like the Punch-Out!! I know and love. Can't wait!
