First Civilization Game... I know, I know...
With this being my 'it's about time' introduction to the Civilization franchise, I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. Gameplay seems to be fairly straightforward, while still maintaining some amount of challenge. The control scheme on the console works, but doesn't really pass with flying colors. Multiplayer is a ton of fun, though, assuming you can find someone online who wants to play through an entire game. It may not be the Mecca of strategy games like some hail it, but it's more-or-less the best one to show up on a next-gen console thus far.
