The Tweester is a tornado like enemy found in several Mario games. It usually doesn't harm you, just blow you away to places or ways you probably don't want to go to.
Ukikis are a type of monkey that appear in the Mario games. They don't really want to harm the players, just mess around with them by doing pranks, like say, taking Mario's hat in Super Mario 64.
