I was kind of disappointed to be honest, I was hoping for a new fresh Mega Man game, not that I hate the classic side scrolling Mega Man games, but would of liked something new.

Bab Box Art Megaman is the obvious choice. Really not liking how the animations look, though. Like the sprites are too big for the environment or something.

No, but for serious, this is a cool idea.

First, good on them for using The Megas for the trailer. Glad to see that band doing well.
Second, this is literally MegamanMegamanMegaman.

So it's Russian Martian Megaman, Green Lantern Megaman, and Regular Ass Megaman?

So instead of good-looking-in-a-retro-way sprites which were doing them very well in 9 and 10, they've gone for ugly polygonal models which just look weird on the flat sprite background?
 
...Why? 8-bit sprite Mega Man needs to be an alternative. I don't see why they won't put it in the final game if they have bad box-art Mega Man in there, but that should be one you're showing from the start, rather than distinguishing Rock Man and Mega Man.

This is really weird: the mesh of 8-bit physics and realistic graphics is a bit mind-blowing.

I saw a lot of 1-UP's through out the video. This means this game might be rough on the difficulty level.

This is an ugly, ugly game. Yeesh. Mega Man 9 and 10 look better than this hot mess. Still, I'll be willing to give it a chance if the gameplay's good. I can't really tell any difference between the characters at this point, but maybe that'll be revealed later. I mean, Ryu can't play identically to the Mega Men, right?

I want the OTHER Ryu!  BoF4 version.

I actually like this idea. Although the fact I'll play Ryu is a bit mind blowing.

Um ok. I was kinda disappointed. But hey, maybe all the characters will be really cool to play as, Mega Man Power up was pretty...cool. 
 
I'm having a hard time remaining optimistic for this, but I'm still curious what their plan is with this game beyond making it Super Mega Man Crossover.

I honestly don't understand why they don't just go for the art style of MegaMan 8. Also bring back the story of Megaman X...before it got all crazy of course ha.
 
But I might give this a shot if it's not pitched as the same game they made for the last 3 years...give me some more game mechanics please!

I don't like the way the characters look, but otherwise I could not be more down for this.

Bad Box Art Megaman pretty much just trumps anything at this point. So long as the game is somewhat playable... I'll probably get it at some point.

If you can play as US Box Art Megaman, why would anyone play as any of the others?

The character models look like shit, especially against the 8-bit background. 
Are the different Megamans just reskins of each other? Didn't look like they played any differently.

As someone who grew up playing 2,3 and 6 on their NES, I can't wait for more retro Megaman, 9 and 10 were awesome, happy to see them keeping the 2d-2.5d pattern.

All that fuss and its just another old megaman game...

Wow the art style of that game is horrendous!

Not looking good to be honest. If you go for 3D graphics in a Mega Man game in 2010, you have to go all out or leave it at an 8bit-style imho. This looks more like Playstation 1.

Why would you ever play as anything but Bad Box Art Mega Man? That dude's a baller.
