Overview
Viva Piñata: Pocket Paradise is a Life Simulation game wherein the player turns a neglected plot of land into a beautiful, luscious garden. The game features the majority of the gameplay components and all of the piñatas from the original game, although some changes have been made due to the significantly different hardware on which the game was developed for.
In addition to the original 60 piñatas featured in the original, the game adds 7 new piñatas that were in Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise. These pinata are:
The main obvious change respect the Xbox 360 games is that Pocket Paradise is not fully 3D, though the view is a hybrid 2D/3D one and the piñata all roam around, fully animated and look beautiful.
The new stylus control seems to be a natural fit better than a classic controller option.
