For me, Alpha Mission is in some twisted way the same that Charlie Brown's Christmas tree was to him. It's actually kind of sad, but I still get a warm and fuzzy feeling thinking about it.The game is a typical overhead shooter a la Xevious, where you get power-ups (in the form of letters you fly over to pick up) to upgrade your ship and with enough Energy stored up (by running over big red E's, but watch out, backward E's make you lose energy!), you can change your ship to a different form that ...
