I don't have anything to share yet since I can't get my copy for another couple hours, but if you have designed or by other means discovered an awesome design for a t-shirt, wallpaper, or whatever, go ahead and post it here.

I'm sure we could get some pretty cool recreations of GB shirts and other GB-related stuff.

Or if you want to design stuff the old fashioned way and post it, feel free to do that too. All designs are 32 x 32 pixels.

How do you share these? I made one but I'm unsure how create a QR code at the Able Sisters.

How do you use or create QR codes in this?

Keep talking to Sable at the shop for a few days straight, then she will give you QR codes. She is the one at the sowing table.

Also, there's already some stuff over on this QRCrossing site.

I don't know if they look good in Animal Crossing because I don't have the game yet, but here you go:

This is amazing

@graham_nix: I put that "China Don't Care" design on a shirt, and it works pretty well. The 'C' and 'A' in 'CHINA' get a little cutoff by the sleeves, but it's still pretty good.

Apologies for the blurry image. Blowing up 3DS images at all is not good.

Can't wait to get my hands on this game.

any way to get a QR code for that sick Ice Cube flag?

#12 Posted by Fobwashed (1907 posts) -

First thing I did when loading up the game =P Because I'm stooooopid!

My renditions of Fuck Ryan Davis and China Don't Care. The China Don't Care is faded because that's how it looks in real life.

This is my Nightmare Room.

Stupid question, but where are you folks finding the flooring and wallpaper? I'm on my third day and haven't found either.

Sahara (a camel) will occasionally come to town and offer to redecorate your walls/floors.

But you will be able to buy them eventually once your stores expand.

@marino: Cool. Thought I was missing something obvious.

Two more stupid questions.

1) How do you use QR codes? I heard you have to talk to Sable but she doesn't seem to say anything.

2) How are you wearing your shirt patterns? I made a suit pattern but I can't find where it lets me actually put it on a shirt.

EDIT: This was my Interstella 5555th post.

#18 Posted by chainreaction01 (175 posts) -

@mariachimacabre: You have to talk to her 7 days in a row so only time travelers or people who got it early should be able to use them. Also if you select the pattern you made in your patterns menu you should have the option to wear it. Pro designs work the same but you don't get the option on which type of clothing it will be.

The game is very limited at the start compared to what you can do in a few weeks. Just keep plugging along and you'll see new stuff every few days.

Two more stupid questions.

2) How are you wearing your shirt patterns? I made a suit pattern but I can't find where it lets me actually put it on a shirt.

EDIT: This was my Interstella 5555th post.

1. I want to say you have to spend a certain amount at their store before she'll have time to start talking to you. At that point, she'll teach you about QR codes.

2. Open up your designs menu (the pencil tab), tap the design you want, and there should be a drop down menu to "wear" it. Once you hit that, you can decide what to map it to.

Just keep taking to Sable each day.

To wear a pattern, click the pencil on the lower screen, then select your pattern. Click "Wear"

If you haven't made a Pro pattern for your suit shirt, the sleeves might not be right.

You have to talk to Sable like, 10 days in a row or something to unlock the QR reader.

the thing about spending enough money might be true. To upgrade Nookling Junction you need to spend 10,000 bells and spend 7 days in the game. I bet there's a similar conceit for the Able Sisters

Here's me tryin to cram way too much into too small a space. Front & back, pretty hard to tell what it is -_-;;

I will give a half million bells to anyone who makes me a great Decepticon symbol!

Whenever I get my QR thing unlocked I'll edit my post to include it.

I made RB Night: Boston era Dr Tracksuit (CC @marino). I hope I can unlock the ability to alter pants soon to get those to match. I might also do an all white BLLSL version at some point.

Dr Track Suit on the back, CLASSY

For people interested in what the hell I'm even talking about:

I got the cat mask today and decided to, err, experiment with a pro shirt design and a pair of gray sweatpants.

Just need to get the shoe shop to unlock (however that happens) so I can change those red shoes.

@little_socrates:

Wrestling Mask and Track Pants not included. Rock Band Boston Night-era Dr. Tracksuit yo.

Also for fun is a Chibi K.K. I translated from an avatar I saw on another forum.

Finally got QR Codes. Here are the shirts I have made!

The first shirt I made. Based on a shirt Jayne wore in Serenity for some reason.

Number two. China don't care. Faded colors based on the current state of my shirt. Decided on very blocky letters of a mostly fixed size.

Number 3. Letters also rather blocky.

Number four. Based on a Penny Arcade shirt I find very funny.

Number 5, completely of my own design. Quite proud of this one, I think it came out quite well.

Edit: Gomez was missing a sleeve. I have fixed it.

The sewing machine finally unlocked today, so here are the designs that I've made.

First up Guernsey FC replica shirt, and secondly the totally non-copyright infringing 'flying mouseman'.

Here's a jacket to wear when you feel like punting some tanks.

Here's my first piece, a portrait of the town's namesake:

Ok now that is totally worth figuring out QR codes for.

#47 Edited by Fobwashed (1907 posts) -

Well, I finally got the machine. I may come up with some more but here are the two I've got currently.

First is just a straight, Giant Bomb icon shirt and the second is the members only shirt from GB a while back. Enjoy =P

For all the... uh... Police Academy fans out there.
