Annie, the Dark Child

Overview

One of the many playable Champions in Riot Games' League of Legends, Annie is a miniature yet extremely powerful mage. She was one of the original characters announced for the game and players can obtain a unique pre-order skin for her known as Goth Annie.

Backstory

As the daughter of two of of the most powerful magic users in existence, Annie was born with a super-natural connection to arcane energy. At the age of two she managed to enchant a shadow-bear that she now calls Tibbers and keeps with her as a cute stuffed teddy bear. While Annie remains a very innocent child off of the Fields of Justice, but those who have faced her in combat know only of her sweet and innocent desire to rule all of Valora.

Annie costs 450 Influence Points or 260 Riot Points and was added to the game on February 21, 2009.

Spells

	Pyromania Passive ability: After every 4 offensive spell casts, Annie's next offensive spell will stun the target for 1.75 seconds.
	Disintegrate Active Ability: Annie hurls a mana infused fireball, dealing damage and refunding mana cost if it destroys the target.
	Incinerate Active Ability: Annie casts a blazing cone of fire, dealing damage to all targets in the area.
	Molten Shield Active Ability: Shields Annie from harm, boosting armor and magic resistance. Also returning magic damage when auto-attacked.
	Summon: Tibbers Active Ability: Annie's ultimate spell. Annie wills her bear Tibbers to life, dealing damage to units in the area. Tibbers can attack and also burns enemies that stand near him.

• One of Annie's skins is a reference to Little Red Riding Hood.
• Annie's "Annie in Wonderland skin" is a reference to Alice in Wonderland.
• An employee at Riot Games has a girlfriend named Annie. She also has a teddy bear named Tibbers.
