That looks horrible imo.  Why are the bodies all contorted?  The framerate was pretty bad and there was crazy clipping..  Call me when they find a way to add tag combat and crank the speed up to Marvel vs Capcom 2 levels.

Also, I hope you can choose to play online against people with the exact same setup as you.  If you're playing normal and get matched up against someone who gave Ken Dhalsims attacks, the teleport and still has Ken's normal attacks, you can pretty much call that a broken.

^ I understand that it's not official but I don't see the appeal of being able to mess up the graphics and make the character's faces look like a monkey.  I'm not bashing the PC version, just saying that I don't see what the hype for this particular mod is.  If it was doing cooler stuff like tag team combat and cooler tweaks like Guilty Gear style dashes (full screen running) or giving everyone the ability to teleport like Dhasilm or letting you teleport out of combos (like a Naruto game), that'd be cool.

The framerate depends on your system.... Recording video on top of the game certainly adds to the load too.

But I agree, this is a pretty stupid tweak that has no appeal whatsoever, to me. Of course, it's also silly to rip it to shreds like that, going as far as to comment on the framerate. It's not like the guy who made it pimps it as the best thing since sliced bread, it's just a small tweak he put on YouTube for the lulz... It's not his fault if others (read: GB) try to make a big deal out of it.

As for the features you'd like to see, I doubt they're possible. The game's not open to modifications like PC-centric titles are. Anything that comes out wiill be a mere "hack" like these videos. Of course, those can be pretty cool too sometimes, even for consoles, like some Brawl custom mods doing the rounds lately. Still, it remains to be seen if such a community will form around SFIV PC. People into such things can pick other games that let them be far more creative. On the other hand, there aren't many high profile beat 'em ups on PC so who knows.

A simple model swap wont affect your framerate at all.
