I went to his MySpace Music page ... wasn't that terrible.  Actually, I liked what I heard quite a bit.  Not sure what the deal is on the whole Sonic thing, though.

Obviously this is all part of the marketing push for Sonic Unleashed. Charles Hamilton will be providing the hardcore beats for the game, showing that Sonic is down with what the kids listen to. God, I hope that was wrong.

With Sonic on the MPC laying down the beats and Shadow on the keys, I predict some sick hip-hop instrumentals coming out of this.

He calls himself sonic the hedgehog as a simile cause a hedgehog is something that burrows underground and sonic means sound. He likes to say he buries himself in music or sound, hence sonic the hedgehog.

i dont know if you guys watch entourage, but the episode befor the new one( where vince is going to do a sweet sixteen) has charles hamilton playing as they drive up to the house.... the song is pretty fucking awesome, its called brooklyn girls and its on youtube.

if you listen to him he sounds like lil wayne and lupe fiasco.....lupe i like, wayne not so much....so he meh in my book...

Yeah, he doesn't really get much of "street cred" with that but I've liked most of the recent sonic games (never played shadow). The new 360 one seems really nice.
