Unepic should have gotten The Warz place on steam. 

La-Mulana is pretty fucking awesome. At first I thought it was just going to be a traditional Metroid style romp but, then the game world started to open up. The mix of high difficulty and huge variety of puzzles is what really surprised me about La-Mulana. Everything in the game feels as if it was there for a purpose. On top of all of this is an intriguing lore that surrounds the ruins as you explore.

While the game that got the greenlight was its sequel, I would like to point out that Eador Genesis is amazing... for someone like Dave or maybe Vinny.

Nothing that I see here that really screams buy me.

P.S. Where the hell is Black Mesa? I know I can download it but why is it not on steam? Didn't that thing get Greenlight?

Will probably be released once it's done. They're still missing the final couple of chapters.

Weak. The racing game, Distance, by the Nitronic Rush guys should've made the cut over Leisure Suit Larry, at the least. Nothing against LSL especially, it just seems like more of a nostalgia/retro reference game than an actual....GOOD game. An itch that's fine to scratch, but not when other games are actually trying to find a foothold and get into the market.

The Pinball Arcade will never be greenlit. Ever.

I would almost agree with you, but they are almost like 2 completely different games when you compare the PC and iPad versions.

There's something raw about the PC version where it almost feels like a typing game, capturing almost the same urgency and magic of Typing of the Dead. The iPad version while still a great and quality version, feels like more of a known quantity. The iPad version is clearly the better fitting shoe, but something about using the keyboard for input on this game makes it really special.

I'm ashamed that I forgot Age of Decadence existed. Great to see it being picked up out of Greenlight

Glad to see Leisure Suit Larry get picked up, though that was probably to be expected. Looking forward to trying Eador too.

@TMThomsen: Oh I was under the impression that they were finished with it. Either way, we had to wait until now for it to be out in some kind of form I guess we can wait a bit longer.

That seems like a pretty good list. Age of Decadence, Unepic, La Mulana, and DLC Quest have all piqued my interest.

The Age of Decadence looks amazing! Thank you for highlighting this. Having read the review of the beta on the greenlight page it sounds like it is going to meet expectations.

I have DLC Quest. The only thing notable about it is how little of a game there actually is to it. Looks feels and lasts as long as a mediocre free flash game.

After Towns and War Z, I'm a little wary of Greenlight. Hopefully these kind of mistakes aren't made again.

Is it the original or the upcoming Kickstarted remake? Either way, Leisure Suit Larry was once pretty well-regarded as far as adventure games go.

La-Mulana and Unepic are ones to take a closer look at. DLC Quest also looks interesting, not sure how I missed that release.

I wouldn't say it similar to splunkny that much. The jumping is kinda off in La-Mulana but it still a very good tough and maybe unfair game :)

Played through DLC Quest a while ago, Really funny little game. Would be really good if it wasn't Soooo short.
