    Battlefield 2 Review by VAC

Its BATTLEFIELD!!!! what else needs to be said? if your looking for one of the most intesive most tactical and action packed game in the FPS genre then look no further. It really doesn't get any better then this, this game has the LOT!!! you can jump into tanks/planes/helicopters/jeeps/APCs/boats/buildings/AA guns/Anti-tank mounted guns with a HOST of weaponry at your disposable this really is all you'd ever want in a game. A Game thats a bit multiplayer heavy which was my one and only complaint being able to play upto 64 players online with a host of unlockables and a bunch of rewards and ranks this really is the best squad/fps out there bar none.
With a host of features like the command screen which basicly is for the leader of the whole team and only him can see it, your able to order ammo drops / artilary bombardments and issue a host of orders to the various squads below you to make a really emersive first-person shooter experience that really cant be rivaled in my opinion......
The graphics are superb even now a few years down the line, the game is gorgous to look at with some seriously large maps for all your running and tactical goodness.... its based on the tried and tested ticket system from the previous games, you have to capture the command points and hold them for as long as you can which are scattered around the map to run your enemie's tickets down to 0 with of course a time limit for you to do this.  The ranking system is really diverse and gives you a HOST of stats for all of us that like looking at stats, from most map played to favourate weapon. There are several classes to choose from when you enter a map, including Medic/engineer/sniper/heavy weapons ect...

A must have for all FPS fanatics! this game just rocks!!

The Reason PC Gaming is King 0

The Battlefield series is a series I always thought would be fun, before it was called Battlefield. A while back, when MMOs were first getting started, there was a very interesting idea for a game called WWII Online. The game bombed, but I think the idea of it was terrific. Open battles; huge maps; combining a FPS with driving and flying. Finally, I got the beta for Battlefield 1942. It was everything I had hoped for, although it could have used a Ranking System for listing how well you've done...

      Manly Competition 0

Running down that empty hallway and looking for a place to catch my breath seemed like the best action to take at the moment. After fighting off the swarms of enemy units and plugging a rocket right into the under-carriage of that menacing tank, I was fresh out of bullets. Peeking into the distance I could see the constant carnage of gripping confrontations, all just to seize control of a couple of title-less structures. Getting through isn't easy, as looking around every corner and being fully ...
