They're both pretty awesome, but I think I'll stick with Mr. Green Jumpsuit my first play through.

Dude, totally.  Sunglasses are awesome.  Wesker, Duke Nukem, Rad Spencer, they know what's up.

I'm just going to use the default skin, as it is not important.

I was not aware that there was a classic skin as well as the new guy. You, sir, have just piqued my interest in this game from an 8 to an 11. Thank you.

You need to own BC:R to get the classic skin.

Well, there is and there isn't.  If you own Bionic Commando Rearmed, you get to play with the classic Rad Spencer skin.  If not, then you can only play as the new guy.  This was actually mentioned before Rearmed was even released.  The only bad thing about this is that it limits you to owning both games on a single platform if you want to use the classic skin.  If you wanted to own the PS3 version of Rearmed and the 360 version of the new retail game, then I think you're pretty much out of luck.

Yeah, it works in the PC version.

Actually, this is the camp I'm in.  But I never got far in Rearmed (and I want achievements), so I'm probably going to rebuy it for 360 so I have something else to play with my Street Fighter IV fightpad!!

Well I'm sure we can hack it somehow on the PC even if we don't have Rearmed then? As long as it's included in the game content and isn't some DLC that's unlocked if you own Rearmed. I just wasn't sure if there was  a PC version of this at all. Great then, thanks.

Hypothetically, you could, but you should really just buy Rearmed, as it's fanfuckingtastic.

I would actually liked to play as one of the dwarf bosses  from rearmed. Can you imagine a (full size) bionic arm on one of those guys?

I chose the 80's Nathan "RAD" Spencer. 2nd playthrough I'll play as the new RAD version.

I'll admit [like in Jeff's review], the old skin looks super awkward in-game, but also awesome at the same time.
