    So I am using a PC that should run this game find but I am having bad framerate issues even on medium, I have also tried both unlocked and locked framerate. 
     
    Q6600 @ Stock 
    GTS 250 
    3gb DDR2 RAM 
     
    I don't get why I can't play it, thanks.

    I know this is the default suggestion, but have you updated to the latest correct drivers? 
    You mean my graphic cards drivers? Does that effect the framerate?

    It can and quite drastically in some cases.
     
    I would suggest heading on over to nVidia and getting the latest drivers. Other than that I can't really think of anything else as those specs should at least give you good frames on medium.

    You shouldn't be getting such low framerates, but I don't know what to suggest. Newest drivers are always a good start, they often contain performance optimizations.
