Arcadia is the "garden" of Rapture.
The world's second-largest ocean, divided into the North Atlantic and the South Atlantic. It extends from the Arctic in the north to the Antarctic in the south between the eastern Americas and western Europe and Africa.
A place to buy alcoholic beverages and to mingle/meet with non player characters. Bars in games are sometimes essential to advance the plot, or recruit party members. Bars are the modern equivalents of taverns. You see taverns in fantasy games and bars in modern/sci-fi games.
