    Overview

Bust-A-Move DS (known in Japan as Hippatte!! Puzzle Bobble) is a tile-matching puzzle game developed by Happy Happening and published for the Nintendo DS in North America (by Majesco on December 6, 2005), in Japan (by Taito on February 2, 2006), and in Europe (by 505 Game Street on February 3, 2006).

A sequel to the Japanese-exclusive Puzzle Bobble DS (which was developed by a different studio), Bust-A-Move DS features a new touch-based control scheme where players fling bubbles upward, similar to a slingshot. Touch controls are also used in versus modes, where players can switch between opponents to attack on-the-fly.

The studio later revisited the Bust-A-Move series with the Wii entry Bust-A-Move Bash!
