    Overview

    The main character is Ben Saxon, former British SAS and one of the protagonists of the tie-in novel "Deus Ex: Icarus Effect". The game takes place during Ben's time while working with the Tyrants, meaning Deus Ex: The Fall is a prequel to Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

    PC Release

    On March 25, 2014 a PC port was released on Steam. The PC version was reworked to no longer feature in-app purchases and microtransactions, resulting in a rebalanced economy. Numerous visual, interface, and control changes in order to make the game more reminiscent to the PC version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. As well as this, a number of other changes were made; including adjusted AI, removal of auto targeting options, and a revised tutorial.
