It won't do the 3-4 different decisions at the endgame

"I was also the lead designer of Deus Ex, and unfortunately we did the thing where - I mean, I love Deus Ex obviously - where in the final mission make a decision about which of the three or four endgames you wanted to trigger. Dishonored does not work that way."

Overall, a very enlightening discussion on how much of an immersive sim this will be.

Which Deus Ex? I thought the first one had decent endings. The second one just had a lame story overall with a nonsensical antagonist, so the endings aren't great. And Hunan Revolution's endings felt rushed, like they ran out of dev time and had to quickly record some voiceover over top of some stock footage of humanity/nature. Using nature videos works if you can pull it off, like in Metal Gear Solid 1, but it felt lazy in HR.

Good interview even though he interjected his own perception of the game a lot. That got annoying.

Eh, I find the multiple endings thing to be overrated anyways. You either commit to it or you don't. I'd rather have a good, solid ending than a multiple choice question any day.

I don't fuckin care anymore, just give me the damn game already, I want to sneak around, slit some throats and hide some bodies. End game can wait.

I ment HR, its not even that I had a real problem with the stupid video/voice over stuff, as bad as it is you can argue thats a design choice. What bothered me was the gaping plotholes they left. "Hey you remember that lady that you were after to save/avenge the entire game? Here she is yep shes alive and she may be working for the other side now move along. but... I SAID MOVE ALONG!"
