I live on the east coast and I remember staying up till 2Am watching the last night of recordings at the E3 house, seeing Jeff go outside to stream on his own. Cant Wait!

I can't stress this enough, either. She was TERRIBLE last year! The fact that her inane shrieking is what I remember most about Giant Bomb's E3 2010 is a crime.
I heard Jeff drop two names on the TNT show - Rich Gallup and Carrie Gouskos.
The only thing better than that would be having Greg Kasavin there as well. The more I think about it, that could actually happen.

@RockmanBionics: Dunno if anyone else has responded yet, but Sony's is Monday night too. Basically, press conferences for Microsoft, EA, Ubisoft, and Sony run Monday from 9 AM PST to 6 PM PST and Tuesday is Nintendo's press conference at 9 AM PST. For more details, go here.

They may be friendly in general, but she does not do well with a microphone, and I think the crew recognizes that.We can hope. But I have a feeling she will appear.I imagine Leigh won't be on the show, not so much because some of the community doesn't like her, but because her antics angered other guests.
I'm really hoping there will be some Leigh Alexander once again this year, she was very entertaining last year. And I know it can't happen, but would be amazing to have the McElroy brothers on one night. GB X MBMBaM, ultimate podcast.

Let's hope she doesn't appear.
It might be in the pages of comments but I'm lazy:
Will the video from the nightly shows be uploaded to the site for viewing later (or downloading as video podcasts like TNT, etc)?

Only the audio from the videos will be uploaded to the site as podcasts.

Bummer. :-(

Thank you so much, to all the staff at Giant Bomb! :DHappy birthday, sir. If I remember correctly, it's Ryan's birthday too. How does it feel to share days with such a man?
It's this time of year again:
Howto extract audio from a video in SECONDS...
...so GB-users don't have to wait for hours for a podcast and you GB-staff don't have to work til 4am (poor Drew?):
ffmpeg -i giantbomb_house.raw (or .mpeg .mpeg4 etc, etc, doesn't matter) -vn -acodec mp3 -ab 192k giantbombhouse_audio.mp3
you can use ffmpeg on OS X for quick transcoding, instead using the bloated Final Cut Pro software. Video transcoding = equally easy - all works also from a GNU/Linux Live USB Stick OS. (ffmpeg on bsd or linux 2.6.x and 3.0.1 scales great on manycores, btw = quicker)

If they broadcast it over justintv (I'm 99.99% sure that they will), the video will be archived on there, just like all of their streamed stuff.
Ain't gonna top...
"Daddy, can a man be brave even when he's at E3?"
"That's the only time a man can be truly brave son"
Pity about Paul Barnett not making it this year :( but I'm still very much looking forward to these upcoming epic days.

I appreciate the in-depth explanation, man, but holy hell that is complicated. That stuff might sound like second nature to you, but I think I'll just wait for whenever the iTunes feed updates. haha
