I live on the east coast and I remember staying up till 2Am watching the last night of recordings at the E3 house, seeing Jeff go outside to stream on his own. Cant Wait!
No Paul Barnett is bad, but I'm hoping that there will be no Leigh Alexander to balance it out.

I can't stress this enough, either. She was TERRIBLE last year! The fact that her inane shrieking is what I remember most about Giant Bomb's E3 2010 is a crime.

I imagine Leigh won't be on the show, not so much because some of the community doesn't like her, but because her antics angered other guests.

I don't mean to assume, but given Ryan's duties as host, it seemed he wasn't too fond of her either. They may be friendly in general, but she does not do well with a microphone, and I think the crew recognizes that.
I'm really hoping there will be some Leigh Alexander once again this year, she was very entertaining last year. And I know it can't happen, but would be amazing to have the McElroy brothers on one night. GB X MBMBaM, ultimate podcast.

you can use ffmpeg on OS X for quick transcoding, instead using the bloated Final Cut Pro software. Video transcoding = equally easy - all works also from a GNU/Linux Live USB Stick OS. (ffmpeg on bsd or linux 2.6.x and 3.0.1 scales great on manycores, btw = quicker)
Too bad I'm going to be up at 5:00 AM everyday, thus meaning I will not get to see any of the awesome live stuff. I have to be on my game this week for work. Bummer. I'll be catching up a day late. Painting Warhammer 40K minis and rocking it out to GB stuff!

I appreciate the in-depth explanation, man, but holy hell that is complicated. That stuff might sound like second nature to you, but I think I'll just wait for whenever the iTunes feed updates. haha
