Recently my friend lent me his fallout 3 for the ps3 and I must say it's pretty good. I've also managed to get all the trophies. So, since the game of the year edition will be released with all the DLCs, i was wondering whether the saves of the original fallout 3 will be carried over or not. Also, will the new edition have a seperate achievement / trophy list? Or will the achievements / trophies be carried over as well?

I'm guessing it's going to be like the Oblivion GOTY edition and be the same game with the dlc added. I don't think it'll have any new achievements either.

Is anyone sure of the pricing? I was considering FINALLY playing through Fall Out 3 (I have rented it before but never finished) once the GOTY edition was released so I could get the full package.

I'd hope so. If not the game is kinda cheap now, so buying Fallout 3 wouldn't be to bad.

I'm more curious as to whether the DLC will all be included on a disc like Oblivion GOTY was or not...because if so...then all my friends are going to have the Fallout 3 DLC as well once I get my copy of Fallout 3 GOTY.
