Over the shoulder 3rd person view.
I think it was after I downloaded the Pitt dlc that when i put the game into 3rd person view it went into an over the shoulder view not the behind the back one that the game shipped with. I think after only about a few hours it was gona and the 3rd person view was back to being the old unusable behind the back view. Does anyone else remember ever seeing the over the shoulder view, because I feel like i had it for such a short time it was a glitch or dream, but I swear it was in the game.
Fallout 3 can't be played in anything over than FPS, don't be silly. I mean... Bethesda... good third person camera? Really?
Also, you do realise if you keep hold of the camera perspective change button and move the right stick in and out you can change the camera distance, right? Hence how you got it to be over the shoulder.
when i got the game at launch it was always the behind the back 3rd person view, but i was thinking that they maybe put in an update with one of the dlc content that got rid of that for an over the shoulder view, but i somehow lost it and didn't know how to do it again in the same play session. i only use the 1st person view, but the over the shoulder one really wasn't that bad. when i get a chance i'll try that pushin LB and right analog stick trick and see if it happens again.
I play in third person with camera zoomed in right by shoulder so my shoots line up easier and I can see what I look like
