    I'm in a predicement and I need the help of the totally awesome giant bomb community to answer my question

    Im am currently playing FALLOUT 3. I bet you have never heard of it, that is alright, it isn't very popular. I have done all the main quest and most of the side quest, but have come anywhere near to doing everything. Also I play this game on my PS3. I don't know if you know what this is so google it. And darn MS had to go and make the DLC time exclusive to I'm stuck waitng for DLC until september.

    I have been thinking of buy OBLIVION IV GOTY edition, another unpopular game. Now I won't have to wait for DLC and it would be much cheaper if I just waddled my way over to a store and bought this game. I played it a little before and liked it a lot. SO, ALMIGHTY PEOPLE OF THE GAINTBOMB COMMUNITY, ANSWER MY PRAYERS, WHICH GAME SHOULD I BUY OR CONTINUE ON WITH UNTIL DLC COMES OUT! I will sacrifice a thousand lambs and 50 bulls for every answer. THANKS!

    Buy both its really cheap and has lots and lots of content. Its probably that cheap that you could conceivably get both.

    OBLIVION > FALLOUT 3

    Fallout 3 is pretty badass, but Oblivion is just hella better.

    I'd definitely recommend Fallout over Oblivion, but you could probably play through Oblivion GoTY version while waiting for the Fallout version to be released with all the DLC.
    Or even better, go back and pick up Morrowind GoTY on the PC  :)

    Buy Oblivion, it's a must play for someone like yourself so you'll need to get it sooner or later.

    Skip the sacrifices for my answer please...

    Just get Oblivion. It is cheap and has hours and hours of content. I like Fallout 3 more but that is also because the DLC is awesome :P

    Both.

    Fallout 3 is the better *game* and is put together much better, but Oblivion's got the most content-dense and pleasent world by far.

    These games are unpopular? You're joking, right? That statement alone is making me think this whole thread is a joke I should just disregard completely.

    @MrSATURNZ:
    Seriously...Play Oblivion!!! If you played Fallout 3 and liked it then you'll LOVE Oblivion. In a lot of ways Oblivion tops Fallout. There's so much more depth in Oblivion compared to    Fallout 3 ( not to discredit Fallout, I love it! ). So if you're not bothered by playing without guns, then definetly buy it... !!RIGHT NOW!!
