After reading this thread I also bought the Collector's Edition although I had pre-ordered the regular edition. Can't say I regret it. BTW, the game is great too!
The making of DVD is roughly about 40 minutes long. It's quite good too, especially the end of the DVD where they talk about the different sound effects in the game. Plus the art book is very nice to look at and does not look cheap at all.

The deed is done. I ordered it from Buy.com on Thursday, and it was shipped today! Plus I got a bonus! It's coming with a Lapel Pin, Sticker, and a 5 dollars off towards the purchase of the Strategy guide. All cool except the coupon is useless since I already got the Collectors Edition of the guide for 10.99 from Amazon. Free gift cards are awesome.
