pretty please?
Brad Muir bombcast please
He's pretty cool, but the Bombcast crew get too polite and accommodating with guests around. Unless those guests are supremely brilliant (i.e. Michael Pachter, Mega64, Johnathan Blow), I'd rather they keep guests to 45-minute QL's. Brad was fine on the A2A quicklook, but I don't know if he can roll with the punches on a Bombcast.
I imagine the problem with this happening is that Brad works at Double Fine during the day when the bombcasts are recorded. If only that slave driver Tim Schafer wasn't such a strict "serious business" kind of guy.

Perfect! We need more of Brad Muir, he is awesome. More Quick Looks with him and Bombcasts!
As much as we enjoy every time we get to have Muir in a Quick Look or on camera I doubt this would actually happen. He already goes against the grain during those features. Pretty much just saying "The fuck with typical PR, I'm going to be a real person", a hilarious one at that. I'm not sure how kosher it would be for him to participate in a popular podcast that's highly critical of the video game industry while he's currently in the business of making games. It's not like he can just appear on there like Joe Developer that just wants to have a light chat. He is friends with the Bomb Crew, they can't resist bullshitting and just saying what's on their minds. As much as I want it I think it wouldn't quite jive.

@Mahonay: why would there be a difference between the E3 podcasts and the regular ones? plenty of devs on the E3 ones.
The E3 podcasts were multiple devs talking as a group. They were speaking their minds together as peers. This would just be Brad with the Bomb Crew by himself. Way, way more personal. If he says something that sticks out it becomes a hell of a lot more noticeable. I think that's the main difference. Also Brad seems a lot closer to them now then back at E3.

Dude they had Jeff Green on there...
What sort of conflict of interest do you think would occur?
Dude plays games and he's funny. Sounds good enough to me. Also why do people keep saying he's PR? Wasn't he like the designer and project lead?

no thanks. i'd prefer to see a Jeff, Ryan, Vinny, Dave, Drew bombcast, rather than adding in outside parties who have been only marginally entertaining in the things i have seen/heard them in.
YES.
I love Brad Muir, you guys, and I love the Bombcast, and a Brad Muir Bombcast would be a podcast about love.
Who is this Brad Muir you speak of, and why would he be a good choice for the bombcast? Enlighten me Giantbomb!
