Do your legs vibrate?

This week's Bombcast included a brief discussion on the leg vibrating phenomenon. I sometimes get this and was wondering if anyone else experiences this weirdoes sometimes.

So, my friends, I ask you, do your appendages vibrate at random?

I don't think so.

I do it. Subconscious but preventable.

I only have it if I have them at a certain position, but its something that I can stop at will and not having to hold my leg down or anything like that.

Never not vibrating.

Usually arms, and that's often after gym or something similar.

I get the phantom vibration all of the time. Especially when I'm at work. It makes me excited to have something to read/do, but then it turns out it was just my leg muscles twitching.

Sometimes my arms bend back.

When I sleep, or am trying to, my legs spasm occasionally.

yeah that shit is fucked up.

My right leg, especially during assemblies or speeches.

Have that happen very rarely, its like palpitations more than vibrations

Only when I am bit sitting in one stop for an extended period of time. My legs used to vibrate all the damn time up until college.

Happens from time to time.

I felt slightly less crazy when Brad said that because it happens to me at least once every couple of days. Always whilst I'm sitting down though - never when I'm standing.

Really though, my legs don't do this but sometimes my hands do or the corner of my eye spasms.

I get muscle spasms sometimes. and that causes some shakeing.

Yeah, sometimes my thigh vibrates. It's usually my right one.

Do you mean it as in bouncing it up and down with your toes touching the floor? If so then yeah im literally always doing it when sitting on a chair.

Nope. Sometimes when I play Street Fighter my eyelid has spasms though.

I get this all the time. You can feel it vibrating for sure, but when you check there is nothing there.

I don't use vibrate, so no.

Assuming that it's the same symptom, I get it in my right leg a lot. I used to be able to do it at will but not any more. Come to think of it, I haven't had it in a few months...
