I've had my fair say on this topic, most of which is slightly negative in tone. So I'm going to give the chance to turn this slamfest into an opportunity.
Why don't we give Leigh Alexander the chance to come onto the next Bombcast?
I know most of the complaints about her previous appearances have been based on her behaviour (inturruptions, bad comments etc.) and her loud voice overwelming last two podcasts she was on. Clearly if she is going to be on the next Bombcast, a prerequisite of doing so would be that she fall into line with the behaviour expected of guests that come onto the Bombcast. I think with the "controversy" surrounding her appearance at least within the Giant Bomb community, this would be a chance to get some strong ratings (I think more people would be curious than annoyed to boycott such a show), give her the proper chance to weigh in on the situation, as well as provide a way to shine a postive light on her contributions to videogame journalism. I don't claim to follow her work, but I have read some good stories from her. If Jeff, Ryan, Brad and Vinnie think its a good idea, this will be her chance to redeem the situation.
Note: I'm not claiming to have come up with this proposal, but I don't want to "dob" anyone in. So if you're the person/people who mentioned the idea and want to show some support, now would be a good time to come forward.
And BTW, if this happens please keep the side conversations on the show to an appropriate level. <>

I've bought it up so that new readers understand where I'm coming from with this:I agree that doing this would be an admission that something went wrong in the last podcast. In posting this idea, I was thinking that this would spark more unnecessary conversation about something which I want calmed down. However, rather than be silent and pretend it didn't happen, I think the right response would be to actually prove that this is possible - all the other locked threads are specifically about how bad the last podcast was. Proving this is possible would really make people calm down.
By virtue of posting this, I know this is going to go to the top of the Giant Bomb home page. If it helps to promote the idea I guess its a good idea, although it will probably fan more hatred over the "And That Was E3" Show in the short term. @Jimbo: I don't want to see any more hated over her as you can see to my previous forum posts. However, over the last day, I'm seeing continual posts directly and indirectly (<>) referencing the show, so I doubt that this discussion is going to add too much to that negativity.
Also if you notice, the only other allowed thread for this discussion at the moment was made more than a month ago and before this entire situation began. Some of the negativity was coming in before her most recent appearance. By proving that she can do a good job on the show, this might put a longer term end to most of the negative discussion.
