I think Dara Ó Briain on the beastcast would be really amusing and interesting.
Who is your dream Bombcast Guest?
I don't think there's a better answer than John Carmack.
no one would get a word in edgewise. :D
I hope they have Chris Hecker on when his game is closer to being finished. John Drake should also be on there every week regardless.
Chris with the white car.
Yo where you at Chris?
I love Brian Ekberg and I miss his voice. No idea if he has a Turn 10 podcast, but since I don't give a hoot about cars I doubt it'd give me what I want.
I was/am a big Talkradar and Lasertime fan. I don't think Chris Antista would make a good guest because the styles are so different; I think Brett Elston or Henry Gilbert especially would make a good guest.
@kingjulesxii: theres no escaping the Lang Zone
An entire Bombcast of Nolan North and Troy Baker as the GBers. And to give it a special Inception level of nonsense, the Bombcast would center around interviews with Nolan North and Troy Baker as themselves.
@sparky_buzzsaw: that would be magical!
I am surprised no one has said Gabe Newell.
Mine is easily Paul F. Tompkins. The guy is an excellent comedian and improv actor plus he loves video games. He also seems reasonable attainable since he seems to pop up as a guest on the most random podcast and does quite a few shows every year in the Bay area.
I also got a dream guest for the Beastcast and that would be the McElroy brothers of My Brother, My Brother, and Me and The Adventure Zone podcast fame. Plus two out of the three brothers work for Polygon so they know their video game shit. So who are your dream guest?
Here's a clip of Paul F. Tompkins talking about Bioshock Infinite in an Irish accent just because.
Haha... Sounds like we have similar taste. No to be an echo, but these would probably be my picks too.
Now that Nick Robinson works for Polygon and Matt Kessler is at Sony, they have a legitimate excuse to reassemble the intern dream-team. Ben can come too, I guess.
Neil Gaiman. Is that weird? Am I supposed to pick someone related to the game industry?
That's weird, but in a good way! Heck if we branch out into oddities, then I'd want Neil deGrasse Tyson to join BEAST on a Kerbel run. Or maybe Bill Nye, orrrrrr maybe Brian Cox.
I'd enjoy seeing the Mega64 boyz make another appearance, bring my two favorite podcasts back together again would be extra nice.
The Penny Arcade guys would be fun (or they could join Rorie and co on a board game/dnd adventure! What ho!
Troy Baker, because he just seems like the coolest guy in voice acting.
David Cage, as it would either show he has a sense of humor about some of the nonsense in his games, or be hilariously awkward.
Laura Bailey, love her work, don't know much about her, would be interesting to hear some of what she has to say, or put her and Troy on at the same time for maximum fun.

YES! Neil deGrasse Tyson would be amazing!@
Mark Jacobs (the CEO, not the fashion guy),
J. Todd Coleman (ArtCraft Entertainment)
Gordon Walton (same as above)
Andrew Meggs (City State Entertaiment)
Thomas Blair (Artcraft Entertainment)
In fact, anyone from indie MMO business would be fine...thou I'm not exactly holding my breath =)
The Golden Retriever of Comedy, Pete Holmes, would top my list. Also Michael Swaim and Dan O'Brien from Cracked would provide a good discussion.
Andrew Reiner or Andy McNamara (the top two Game Informer editors). For two reasons:
A) Decades of experience in the industry, and a different perspective being mainly print for so long. Heard Reiner discuss review scores before, and he's just a really smart, well-informed dude. Andy Mac is more elusive these days but he could talk for hours.
B) The history with Dan and Jason could lead to some fun and awkward discussions.
Id rather have Ben Hanson because that dude is weird and hilarious. Plus, I just want Dan to tell more dumb Ben Hanson stories
