Can you no longer do full edit threads to change the title?

What happened to the Full Edit option when editing in the forums go? Can I no longer edit the title of a topic?

I have specific use case where I maintain the Warfframe GB Clan thread every major update in Warframe where I usually edit the title of thread to reflect the date the latest update was released and the Update Name. Is the Full Edit feature gone for good can get the moderators to rename the thread to something more general so it won't be misleadfng when the next update comes out?

This is an error that I have a ticket in to fix. Not sure how it disappeared but we'll try to get it back.
