New Premium Subscriber - invalid store coupon code

Last week I signed up for premium once the bug was fixed on the payment page. After paying I received an email with a store.giantbomb.com coupon code for $15 off a purchase. I've tried to use the code a couple of times (re-trying the order) and it continues to say invalid code.
