I'm just shocked that he could play 7 hours a day. On second thought, I'm also shocked that his girlfriend stuck with him for so long.

Oddly enough, I have to side with the girlfriend. Why? These are multiplayer games, he could at least make an attempt. As such, I have the boyfriend arrested for being a dick.

I couldn't do that, I'd get bored. I've done it before, but its rare. I'm sure he wasn't surprised though, it must've been a long time coming.

Whole relationships have fizzled due to guys gaming when women don't.  If you're a gamer, you need to make sure you date women that are gamers too, or don't mind being neglected while you get off on your thumbsticks.
