Another Resident Evil move...

Dear lord, help us, they are seriously making another Resident Evil movie. Hell, filming has already started. Soon as I read about this on Joystiq, I was reminded of the awfulness that was Resident Evil: Degeneration, and I seriously doubt this will be any better.

I don't think the movie industry understands the concept of failure when it comes to movies based off videogames.

Maybe not... who knows?
 
At least it isn't Resident Evil 4, featuring no Leon and an aritficially enhanced Milla Jovovich lol

I like resident evil movies, well except the third one. It's not like resident evil degeneration was any better.

I didn't think Degeneration was that bad of a movie, I've definately seen worse video game interpretations. That said, it wasn't very good either, but it was allright to watch a sunday night. I'll probably treat this the same way.

They need to have a side series called Biohazard that actually follows the story of the game.

Oh wait, by 3d they meant cg, I thought they were going for a james cameron avatar type of movie with 3d glasses and is the sequel to those live action movies and chris redfield was in it. I need to interpret things better, lol.

I meant just getting a full ensemble cast to actually be the characters so rather than having Alice as the protagonist then having Jill etc. just turn up, over a series of films, focus on Chris and his rivalry with Wesker, Leon's rise from rookie cop to badass mother and so on. "

ive hated the casting of all the existing RE characters in the live action movies. CGI is the way to go.  "

I liked Degeneration for being so bad. 
I couldn't stop laughing through the whole movie.  
I like when a movie entertains me and makes me laugh, so bring on the next one! 

For some reason, I really enjoyed Degeneration, even though it was awful.  Someone please help me...  I think I need to see a psychiatrist.

i liked the resident evil movies. there not completely loyal to the original content but the story in the original content was a horrible piece of shit. don't get me wrong, the story in the movies isn't great, or even good, but all 3 movies are good zombie films and are mostly what they need to be. cloned alice's is a little ridiculous, but it could be cool with hundreds of Alice's fighting thousands of zombies. or it could be shit. who can say?

I didn't think the first Resident Evil movie was too bad, but I also did not think it was good.

o god please stop making these movies. they are horrible movies to watch. the first movie was alright but the rest of them aren't that great of movies. i think that film makers should stop calling them the games title and just make a different title for them.
