Of course, it earned me 5 dollars. I finally won a bet against my cousin. Two years ago I bet for the Patriots and thought I had it, but then there was that helmet catch. Last year I bet for the Cardinals because I figured that the underdog would win again, but Santonio Holmes made that catch in the last minute. This year I bet for the Saints (I went with my heart instead of my head) and what do you know, they won.
Very. I know nothing about American Football, but decided to watch the SuperBowl to see what the fuss was about. I decided to support The Saints because sporting events are always best when you're supporting a team, and The Saints were supposedly the underdogs, and I always like to see underdogs win.
I was really surprised how much I enjoyed it, and how much I got into supporting The Saints. You can see from my twitter updates how much I was getting into it. I still think the number of stoppages, and the length of the stoppages is dumb, but I actually really enjoyed it and was ecstatic that The Saints won.
