Tasmania is beautiful and clean. It does have its fair share of hicks though, but so does every other state. The Australian accent is quite diverse these days, just like America and England, without so much extreme variation. Just like America (the southern drawl) and England (chav and Cockney), every English speaking country has some extremely annoying accents and speech patterns. I am certainly not a fan of the bogan accent and I really hate those who finish every sentence on a high note, but I hear that in America and England as well.

Sydney-goer here. I seriously think there should be a tally system in Giant Bomb, so we know some hard numbers on how many of us are here, unless one already exists, and I haven't seen it yet.
