Sure why not? Your delay predictions are probably correct. I think EA have said Dead Space 2 is pretty much a lock for Q1 2011 anyway.

Call of Duty 7 is just rumored to be set in Vietnam but I would bet that would be something close to the name.  Maybe Call of Duty Cold War...

No Halo: Reach?

Halo Reach is definitely coming this year unless they make a big mistake somewhere down the line. 

This year's line up kind of pales in comparison to last year's

Hmm, no Just Cause 2? I suppose that isn't really Big Name, but I'm looking forward to it nonetheless. That's Q3 or Q4 2010 I think.

I think The Last Guardian will be pushed back. 
 
The best Quarter out of what you listed though definitely look to be Q2. All three of those games have me so pumped! Then after that it's Q1 (If ME2 was on the list I was say it's #1 but it's already out :P) solely because of FFXIII, couldn't care less about either GoW3 or BC2. Then after that it's Q4 for Max Payne. Good year for games... especially Q2! 
 
I don't think TFU2 will be delayed though - they have been working on it ever since the first was released and that was 1.5 years ago. and Last Guardian. But everything else, maybe.

Wouldn't be surprised if Medal of Honor got pushed back.

TFU II is a Lucasarts game. Lucasarts doesn't delay games, they release games whether they are done or not.
