GiantBomb is infringing my right to freedom of speech.

Taking these bastards to court and I'm not even kidding at all. This will be my last post here, I'm fed up with how this place is run. Just thought I'd you all know what's been going on:

Over the past few days, my topics have been locked on several occasions and many of my posts have been modded for the sake of being classified as spam/pointless. Outraged, I have been talking to the mods about social discussions and more recently, the legality of freedom of speech. I strongly feel as if my rights have been infringed on several levels and in multiple areas of Constitutional and Fundament Law.

That's it. I'm done. No more fighting guys. I tried my best to get us social discussions, but to no luck. I only hope that the Justice system pulls through. See you in court, Hamz, BoG, etc!

They're the ones who have the rights to shut down threads at their discretion.

They own the site, they make the rules... don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

This isn't the place for your topics, just like you can't go to a forum built for kids and talk about how you had sex last night with great detail. Yes you have the freedom of speech, but this isn't the place for what you want to talk about. If you NEED to talk about that stuff then find a different site, just like if you want to talk about your sexual endeavors you find a site where they deal with that.... or whatever.

They pay for the website, they have the right to appoint people they trust to make sure the right image is portrayed in the forums. Good riddance.
