Got any good PC racing games to recomend?

I've got a new PC a few weeks ago but I haven't payed any attencion on what came out in 2008/2009 in the racing genre. The only game I got is Burnout Paradice and It only makes me want to play Burnout 3 again. Any suggestions?

It's not a 2008/09 game, but if you haven't played it yet, Trackmania. Trackmania Nations is free, and everyone should give it a try. And if you like it, buy TrackMania United. You can get both on steam.

All the codemasters racing games are fantastic(Dirt, Grid, ect). Trackmania Nations is great in short bursts but its not a full game, still worth getting though(its free).

GRID, if you haven't played it. (the PC version is the best)

The GRID is pretty good.

You might want to take a look at Toca Race Car Driver 3.  The Toca franchise is known for offering a lot of different types of racing in their games.  You could be racing NASCAR for one race and switch to Formula 1 for the next.  Earlier incarnations of the series had a storyline as well, but I'm not sure if they've kept that up.  Either way, it's something different than what's been mentioned so far.  I should add this is another Codemasters game.

Grid is the most recent Toca game. 

I hear Grid is good, but im not really into racing games on PC unless, its need for speed and you can out run the cops.
